The family had requested that friends wear scarlet and gray or Ohio State Buckeye attire to the service in honor of Peter, one of THE Ohio State’s biggest fans

Pete and I grew up together on Wayne Dr. He was one of my best friends through high school. He was killed in an automobile accident over Christmas holidays in North Carolina (December, 2012) where he was visiting family. Pete was an ultra-successful optometrist in Jacksonville, Florida.

Unfortunately, I lost touch with Pete over the years. Rest in peace, my friend.

Vern and I remember many fun party experiences with Pete in the post high school years....one particularly hilarious experience when he got up and sang "Brick House" with a bar band!   We were devastated to hear of his passing.  We pray for healing and sweet memories for his family.
